Shipping policy

All of our coffees are roasted to order. Our roasting days are Monday-Friday.

Orders placed after 2pm (EST) on Friday will ship on Monday.

Orders placed after 12pm (EST) Monday-Thursday will typically be roasted and shipped the following day.

All of our retail coffees are sold as whole beans in 8, 10 and 12oz bags, unless you select our bulk option.

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are fulfilled same or next business day and delivered within a standard shipping window of 3–5 business days after shipment.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are ultimately outside of our control. While we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages, we will always do our best to assist you and help ensure you are satisfied with your experience.

Please note that we are generally unable to open carrier claims, issue replacements, or take further action until a shipment has exceeded the standard 3–5 business day transit window. If your package has not arrived after this timeframe, please contact us and we will work with you to determine the best next steps.
